Thank you so much to Patrick and the service team! I knocked on their door with a mostly flat tire on my Prius, mind you, after finding out that the air pump at the gas station next door was broken. To my relief, Patrick was friendly and quickly agreed to help put air in my tire, but to my great surprise, he also extracted an inch long nail out of the tire, and patched it at no cost! That is the best service I can imagine!

I booked an appointment with them online around 3 pm for 3:30 pm. I was there around 3:35 pm and left with a car around 5 pm! Excellent service to be honest, they were short staffed but Jason (GM) made it so easy. Very impressed with the service, good job guys!

I leased a 2015 GTI in exchange for a prior VW lease. Michael and the team at Quirk turned me around in 90 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, very impressive. Nudging us nicely and giving us access to a computer to refresh our memory we worked though the differences, to buy what we love , a TDI Jetta , hooray .
